Legal Forms & Assistance

Staff at PCDL are ready to assist you in locating information concerning certain legal issues.  We are, however, unable to offer legal advice of any kind.  For such advice, one can contact an attorney or the branch of Southeastern Ohio Legal Services that serves Perry County.

All six PCDL locations have many of the forms needed for divorce, child support, and custody issues that go through the county's Common Pleas and Juvenile Courts.  These have been provided by Southeastern Ohio Legal Services and can be copied or printed at the $0.10/page rate.  All PCDL locations also  have books pertaining to legal issues or forms such as powers of attorney, living wills, landlord/tenant disputes, and many others.  These can be found by using the library catalog.  The Ohio State Bar Association also offers extensive legal information for the public through its Law You Can Use Web page.

Looking for the Ohio Revised Code online? Click here.  A print version of the Code can be viewed by the public at the Law Library at the Perry County Courthouse on Thursdays between 9am and noon or at the New Lexington Library during normal operating hours.
